The pictures from the Ethiopian hunger disaster in the 18’s have burned so hard into people mind that many to this day think that Ethiopia is a desert country. The truest is that most of Ethiopia’ population live in its mountains.
Even Ethiopia is close to the equator, its mountains create a nice temperature almost all year around.
For tourists it is stunning to see the view that can be found every where in the high lands.
